This program was created to support the rapid expansion of demand in India for best practices in educating our children with dyslexia and other learning differences. In Dr. Hart’s more than 25 years of experience, he has never witnessed a more intense desire for developing expertise in this arena than he has seen in the Indian parents, educators and psychology professionals.
This is not a “one-and-done” teaching model. The training for this program reflects the most recent findings regarding how people best learn and, importantly, actually change their behavior. The dissemination of information is combined with ongoing coaching and mentoring so that there is adequate time and support to master the content presented. Professional Learning Communities will also be moderated and supported.

Michael Hart, Ph.D has more than 25 years of experience as an international literacy expert, entrepreneur, and consultant.
After completing a Ph.D. in Psychology, Dr. Hart began his career as a child psychologist, practicing in diverse psychiatric treatment settings that included working with primary and secondary school students. As his career progressed, he developed an expertise in learning challenges and attention issues. In fact, his passion for understanding neurologically-based processing problems drove him to further his research under the mentorship of top psychologists at renowned institutions, including Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital and the Kennedy Krieger Institute at Johns Hopkins Medical Center. Dr. Hart also went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

Dr. Hart's mission is to help individuals and their support systems develop a clear path to move beyond their diagnosis, empowering struggling learners and their communities with the language and understanding to develop proper treatment plans and select interventions to help those affected lead more fulfilling and successful lives. Today, a key part of this mission is to educate communities around the world about the latest changes and possibilities in literacy development research, tools, and products.
